Bill Harmon and Explanar

Bill Harmon is Director of Golf at Toscana CC in Indian Wells, CA and at Carnegie Abbey in Rhode Island and a Top 100 Teacher in the USA.

Explanar Golf is proud of its association with the Harmon Family and the golfing tradition that they represent. We are delighted that Explanar continues to foster strong relationships with the game’s authorities in golf instruction.

Bill was formerly Head Professional at Big Horn Golf Club in Palm Springs, California, host of the famous "Battle at Bighorn" featuring Tiger Woods vs Sergio Garcia and Woods with Annika Sorenstam versus David Duval with Karrie Webb. Before arriving at Big Horn, Bill held a similar Head Pro position at Newport Country Club in Rhode Island. Over his years of teaching Bill’s students have included Billy Andrade and Jay Haas, for whom Bill caddied at the 2004 Ryder Cup.
